This notice explains the consent requested when you submit an enquiry or request a demonstration through the Axtura website.
The data controller is Astrokvantit Oy, Business ID 3321009-8, Hietaniemenkatu 14A 208, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. For privacy matters, contact info@axtura.eu.
This consent applies only to the information you choose to provide through the website contact or demonstration-request form. It does not cover the processing of data in a separately deployed Axtura service.
By selecting the unticked consent checkbox and submitting the form, you consent to Astrokvantit Oy processing your name, contact details, company details and the contents of your request in order to respond to it, arrange a demonstration, and prepare a proposal where requested.
Providing this information is voluntary. If you prefer not to use the form, you may contact us directly at info@axtura.eu.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where your request asks us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process the necessary information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage the related business relationship, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@axtura.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn, or processing based on another applicable legal basis.
Withdrawing consent will not affect your ability to use the public website. It may prevent us from handling a request where the relevant information is necessary to respond.
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Our Privacy Policy describes categories of data, recipients, international transfers, cookies and the full set of your rights. This consent should be read together with that policy.
