This notice explains the consent requested when you submit an enquiry or request a demonstration through the Axtura website.

This consent applies only to the information you choose to provide through the website contact or demonstration-request form. It does not cover the processing of data in a separately deployed Axtura service.
Valitsemalla rastittamattoman suostumusruudun ja lähettämällä lomakkeen annat suostumuksesi siihen, että Astrokvantit Oy käsittelee nimeäsi, yhteystietojasi, yritystietojasi ja pyyntösi sisältöä vastatakseen siihen, järjestääkseen esittelyn ja laatiakseen ehdotuksen pyydettäessä.
Providing this information is voluntary. If you prefer not to use the form, you may contact us directly at info@axtura.eu.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where your request asks us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process the necessary information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage the related business relationship, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@axtura.eu. Peruuttaminen ei vaikuta ennen peruuttamista suoritetun käsittelyn laillisuuteen tai muuhun sovellettavaan oikeusperustaan perustuvaan käsittelyyn.
Withdrawing consent will not affect your ability to use the public website. It may prevent us from handling a request where the relevant information is necessary to respond.
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority, the Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto.
Meidän Privacy Policy kuvailee tietoluokkia, vastaanottajia, kansainvälisiä siirtoja, evästeitä ja kaikkia oikeuksiasi. Tämä suostumus tulee lukea yhdessä kyseisen käytännön kanssa.
